​Tips for taking online classes:

1. Set up a quiet space for meditating and join on time.
2. It is recommended that you keep the camera on during the class.
3. Treat an online course like a “real” course and hold yourself accountable.
4. Eliminate distractions and consider turning your cell phone off.
5. Make a regular schedule for meditation as consistency is the key.
