New Year’s resolutions are notoriously short-lived. In fact, January 12th has been dubbed “Quitter’s Day” (ouch!) - but we needn’t fall victim to that fate! On January 16th, let’s overcome the obstacles in our mind to let go of the past and open up to a new experience of 2021.
Why is it so hard for us to create lasting change?
The reason is that to change our lives, we must start by changing our minds. By changing our minds through meditation, our whole life changes. We can be freed from the old conceptions and habits that were controlling us and experience the world in a new, exciting way. What better way to start the New Year than that? Our program starts with showing you a meditation method that allows you to make permanent positive changes. Then we will take a break and do an exercise that gently works out every muscle in your body, along with some dance exercises and musical entertainment. Then return to meditation refreshed, ready to clear out the old and bring in the new.
Please come join us, experienced and novice meditators alike, as we celebrate the new year and new possibilities together.
