About the event
Creating positive habits and routines starts when we are young. As parents, we want our children to grow up to reach their potential and become happy and independent adults.
Meditation helps children learn to relieve stress, reflect on their emotions and find healthy solutions.

About the program:
- 45 minute class
- Stretching and movement at the beginning
- Short lecture about how to meditate
- Guided meditation
The program is run by experienced meditation guides who have been helping children to meditate for over 5 years.
