We're excited to announce "Back to School Meditation." It's going to be so much fun!
Camp dates: Monday August 15 - Wednesday August 31, 2022
Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 7:15 PM (EDT)
For many of us, meditation is something we learnt later in life.
But imagine if we experienced the benefits much younger.
We've already introduced this meditation to over 800 school age children.
The top three things children would like to achieve with meditaiton:
1. Stop overthinking
2. Be happier
3. Be more confident
After just one session, over 90% felt a positive change and 95% would meditate again.
In this camp, your child will learn how to:
- Manage stress and anxiety
